New Administrators Coaching Program

MSAA … Growing Courageous Leaders

Do you have a new administrator in their first, second or third year, ready to take on the challenges of educational leadership? We understand that transitioning into a leadership role can be both exciting and overwhelming. That’s why we are thrilled to re-launch our comprehensive coaching program designed for new administrators. Our program is designed to provide new administrators with the necessary tools, strategies and support to excel in their new role.

Here’s what you can expect from our coaching program:

  • Personalized Coaching: Our experienced and highly qualified Coaches will work closely with your new administrator to understand their goals, strengths, and areas for growth.
  • Leadership Development: We believe that effective leadership is a continuous process of growth and learning. Our program will focus on developing your new administrator’s leadership competencies, including strategic planning, team building, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. He/she will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to lead their school community towards excellence.
  • Ongoing Support: Our Coaches will offer ongoing support, including in-person, or virtual check-ins, and be available to consult via phone or email on an “as needed” basis.

We look forward to supporting your new administrator’s journey towards educational leadership excellence! If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call:
