About the LLP/GCSL program
We are pleased to announce an expanded partnership between the Massachusetts School Administrators’ Association (MSAA) and William James College. The MSAA Leadership Licensure Program (LLP) will now be offered exclusively in partnership with our Graduate Certificate in School Leadership (GCSL) though an online delivery model. The program will be housed in the Center for Behavioral Health, Equity, and Leadership in Schools (BHELS) at William James College.
MSAA and William James have collaboratively offered LLP for the past several years while WJC has offered GCSL. These two programs have been merged into one and will now be known as the Leadership Licensure Program /Graduate Certificate in School Leadership (LLP/GCSL).

William James College also offers a PsyD in Leadership Psychology. As a graduate of this program, you will be eligible to transfer up to 8 credits to the Leadership PsyD program if you decide to apply and pursue it. This doctoral program requires that you have previously earned a master’s degree.
Applications for 2024-25 are now closed. Application information for 2025-26 will be available soon.
